NOTICE OF THE TRANSFER OF A PORTION OF THE INSURANCE BUSINESS OF THE HOLLARD INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED TO HOLLARD SPECIALIST INSURANCE LIMITED IN TERMS OF SECTION 50 OF THE INSURANCE ACT, 2017

Your Naked policy is moving to a different underwriter within the Hollard group, but nothing else changes—your premium, benefits, coverage, and use of the Naked app remain the same.

Right now, your policy is underwritten by The Hollard Insurance Company (THIC). It will transfer to Hollard Specialist Insurance Limited (HSI), another authorised Financial Services Provider and licensed non-life insurer.
